Just because popsicles were used in the summer for cooling down, doesn't mean they can't be eaten in the fall! They are great to have during cold and flu season. It can help your sore throat and give you lots of vitamins to help you feel better. Plus making them rather than buying them will be a lot more healthier and yummier!
What You Are Going To Need
- Juice or water (juice can be any kind that you want! like grape, orange, cranberry, lemonade and more!)
- Fruit (strawberries, grapes, watermelon, oranges, kiwi, ect)
- Popsicle mold
How To Make It
step one:
Take your fruit (if you are planing on using it) and cut it up into little pieces. When finished put it in the popsicle mold.
step two:
Get whatever kind of juice you are using and pour in into the popsicle mold over the fruit.
step three:
Put the popsicle mold into the freezer and wait until it freezes!
step four:
eat! :)
You could also make it with yogurt and blueberries! Doesn't that sounds yummy?? <3
