Study, Study, Study...

I just wanted to let you guys know that I won't be posting as much for a few weeks because I am studying for exams. My last exam is on February 2nd. I will have a post up either on Friday or Saturday (Feb. 3 or 4).

Quick Update!

Hey everyone! So I am not going to be doing a blog post today because I am not feeling well :( But I needed to do a blog update so I guess it is a win win situation. 

I was thinking of posting a new blog series called throughout the years. Basically it is just going through what you remember in kindergarten, grade one, two, three, ect. I would have one every month or so that way they are spread out :)

For Halloween posts I was thinking of starting them after I get back from camping (Oct. 14). I think if I do them now it is a bit too early. If you have any requests for Halloween costume tutorials please put them in the comments :) I will also have treats, craving pumpkin tricks, how to make the pumpkin last longer, and more. 

I also just wanted to let you guys know that I have a twitter http://twitter.com/#!/peacelovekayy. I use it for a lot of blogging stuff (like I will tweet the link and that sort of thing). I think it would be handy on days like today when I am not doing a post to just tweet it. And I follow back if your wondering :) 

Again, sorry about not putting up a blog post today. I am thinking of pre-writing some so on days like today I can just publish it. That's about it and I will talk to you tomorrow! :) 

Blabber Blog

Hey everyone! So let me introduce you to this 'blabber blog' I guess you can say. On days that I am really busy (like today) or if I just wanna say hey, I will make a blabber blog! I need to think of a better name...I sorta hate this one, if you have any ideas please leave them in the comments! So today has been really busy and a bit crazy! I think once my normal schedule kicks in I will not be running around so much! Today I had school and we had to present what we most care about in the environment (it was for environmental science). But every time I do research about global warming I get upset because I feel like no one really cares. I know most people do but if everyone did the little things (like drive less) the world would be so much better. It is so sad because my project was based on polar bears and there are only 22,000 - 27,000 left. Isn't that crazy that is the size of my city divided by 4 and still there are more people. But only that many polar bears? It is crazy. But anywayyy after school I had my first dance class of the year (if you are wondering I have done ballet for 1 year, jazz for one year and tap for a bit). Fun times :) We just went over stuff we did last year. 

Did you guys watch bachelor pad!? (if you have not see the finale, spoiler alert!!) So fist off Ames and Jackie were my favourite couple! They were so cute together, especially when he ran after her <3 And Jackie looked really hurt because of the breakup. I want them to get back together! :( So then we find out Holly and Blake get engaged and idk who I like better him or Mike. I felt really bad for Mike to find out about it on air, how awkward! (and he never got that water). But Holly and Mike ended up sharing the money and I am glad they won :) 

So, you may not know this but I am in grade 12 and graduating this year! Scary stuff...But I found out about this fun website http://www.studentawards.com/  and it is a place where you can apply for scholarships! It is super helpful, and there is one where you can play a game and win money! Nothing better than that :P But I am not sure if it is available outside of Canada. Plus it is free to sign up and can be great if you are looking into scholarships. 

So big brother finale is tomorrow!! I am freaking OUT!! :D I am so excitedddd, its crazy. Okay so I was Rachel to win. I know people don't like her. But Adam has done nothing (except float all the way to the end) and I don't really like Porsche either. She never started playing the game until day 60 or whatever and she doesn't deserve to win. I find that Rachel has been fighting for her big brother life and has been playing hard in all the competitions! I am hoping she wins and I will be really upset if she doesn't.

Also, I haven't had any feedback on the 50 follower giveaway. Would you guys be interested in something like that? It would be small and then I would have a bigger prize at 100. Exciting stuff!! :D So comment below if you would want a giveaway and  any prize ideas. Because I was thinking nail strips or something fun like that, but yeah let me know what you think! 

What else has been going on, Picture day is Thursday and I have no clue on what to wear :/ hmm...well I think I am going to stop typing and end this because I think it is getting a tad bit long. If you are still reading this you rock :) haah, talk to you tomorrow!

My Fall Shopping List!

So next weekend is the last weekend of summer. I have to say I was really sad to see summer go, but now I am really excited for fall! I am planning on doing a fall/winter look book at the end of October (like in the 20s). That is because H&M is finally opening in my town! I am so excited, it is a bit crazy. Anywho these are clothes that I am looking to buy. I won't buy all of them but it would be nice, lol. So I am going to get into my list! And everything on my list is tops & shoes and some random things because I have all the pants I need. If I were to get one more pair it would be leggings from lululemon. Plus I am working from left to right!
Tops
-The first top I have on my list is a cable knit sweater. Now I love these sweaters sosososo much! Like if I could only wear one type of top for the entire season it would be cable knit sweaters. Anyways they are very cozy and super warm for when it gets cold (not really looking forward to that). This is in white and I would like to have a plain colour one that way it can match anything. And I would pair this with leggings (or skinny jeans) and riding boots. It is from H&M
-This is also a cable knit sweater, but this one is green! I would get one of them over sized because I know that is a trend for fall. I also think the look is really cute <3 It is also form H&M
-Next is a brown and black stripped top. I saw missglamorazzi wearing a shirt like this in one of her videos and I really want it because it looks so cute! This one is form H&M
-Next is the blouse that I used in a blog post from before and I have fell in love with it! I really hope I can find it. But it is shorter in the front and longer in the back. I love the look of it and again it is from H&M.
-So then is a sweater dress. These are in for fall and they remind me a lot of the cable knit sweaters. I think it would be really cute with some tights. It is from H&M (surprise!)
-Next is this white tank top and it has some lace and then fringe on the bottom. I think a cardigan (especially the one to the right) would to soo cute with it! It is from H&M I think...
- So next I saw this cardigan and I thought it was cool how it looked like a poncho and it had sorta tribal print to it, and I just love it! It also looks really warm and cozy. It is from H&M
- Now for a plaid top. I love plaid for fall (if you read my fall tag you will already know this). But I like the look of them and I want to get a bit of an over sized one because I think it would look adorable. Guess where this is from...if you said H&M your wrong! Haha it is from Levis!
- So last but not least is this sweater and it has stripes all over it and these cool pieces of fabric at the elbow and that is my favourite part! This is from H&M.

Shoes
- The first pair of shoes is riding boots! I have never had a pair but I have always really wanted one, so this year I am gonna get a pair! So I think these type of boots in fall is the cutest thing! I just really love them <333 These ones are from H&M.
- Next is a pair of slippers. I dont have a pair and I really want some! Plus the weather is getting colder so it will be cute to wear them and have warm pjs and hot chocolate when watching tv. These ones are from Forever 21.
- Next is a pair of moccasins. I also really love these shoes for fall and you can get some that are really warm inside! These ones are from American Eagle (but I have never seen them there so idk)

Accessories
- So first is an umbrella, because Fall means rain! And mine broke, so I need to get a new one.
- Next is just a black loop scarf, I think this one is made out of yarn or something. But it is from H&M.
- Then I just have a thin belt, I probably will get a braided one but I couldn't find one!
- Then is this really pretty bracelet! It has different fabric and it is braided and looks so cute! I really want it and it is from Forever 21.
- Finally I have a grey lace loop scarf, I love loop scarfs. And scarfs in general :P This one is from American Eagle.

So that is all. Most of the stuff is from H&M because that is where I am going to be doing most of my fall/winter shopping :) So that's everything! Update!

So this is a quick post to say hi to everyone! Hi :) I am sooo happy I am almost at 20 followers! I never thought I would get to that many so fast! Love you & thank you sooo much!<333 Also I just changed the look of my blog! Please let me know if you like the way it looks now or if you liked it better before. I am also putting up a post tomorrow either about muffins or breakfast ideas and the look book will be up very soon!! Easy School Makeup! + Update

If you like to get up at the last minute and still look put together this look is for you! This can take up to 10 minutes or less (depending how fast you go). I like to get as much sleep as I can in so I use this practically everyday!


Step One:
Make sure your face is washed!


Step Two:
Put on your foundation, I like to use Covergirl Natureluxe Foundation. I find that it is easy and fast to blend in.


Step Three:
Concealer! I dont always use this step becasue the foundation might be engouh to cover all of my blemishes, but if you still have some reddness or anything put some on! (you could also do this before the foundation). I use Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer.


Step Four:
Then put on some blush :) I use Covergirl in the shade cheekers (haha, cute name huh? like checkers but for you cheeks! you probably understood the joke awhile ago...)


Step Five (if you have extra time! If I am really running late I skip this entire step!)
Put on some eye shadow! I would just swipe on the middle colour of covergirls shimmering sands (like a light brown) and if you have time put the darker shade in the outer lid and the light on in the tear ducts and brow bone. Or use Revlon creme shawdows in Not Just Nudes. I like to use the champange colour (the one next to the light one) and this is a really fast way to get some colour to your lids! (I might do a tutorial on how to a basic eye with these)

Step Six (also if you have time!) 
Eyeliner! I recently fell head over heels for Avon's glimmersticks in black!


Step Seven
Put on your favourite mascara! Use waterproof if you have a gym class or its raining/snowing out!


Step Eight 
Use your favourite lip product!

And now your go to go and on time for your school bus! #skills

UPDATE: 

So I am back from the wedding! It was super fun :) I didn't get much pictures on my camera of my dress but I could still do what I wore if you want! In other news (haha) Pinkbeautylove (Martha) and I are doing a fall lookbook for all of you! We are not sure how it is going to be done and all the details yet, but watch for I!! I am super excited for it :) Anyway thats alllllll and I will talk to you guys later :) bye! 

Product Review: Maybelline Expert Eyes

I was very disappointed in this product. It is Maybelline Expert Eyes Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover. I was looking for my normal makeup remover and I did not see it at the store, so I figured I would try something new. I came across this product and wasn't expecting a lot from it but I was hoping it would take off my makeup until I could get my normal makeup remover. I figured I should do I product review blog post on this just in case anyone was thinking about trying this product out. What I didn't like about it was that it was oil. I am not a fan of oil makeup removers and its not because I have oily skin (I actually have dry skin). It is because I hate the texture and the feeling of it. I have to give it the fact the it does take the makeup off but it is a lot of work! So you take it off and then it leaves behind all this oil. So then I end up washing my eyes a billion times and you can still see oil on the waterlines. It is the most annoying thing, and a big pain when trying to be fast. Like for example I used my other makeup remover to fix up my eyeliner if i messed it up, but  this I can't because I would have to wash the oil off. Some people might like this product but I am not a fan. So tell me if you have tried this makeup remover and what you think of it! Talk to you guys later :)

And I just want to give you an update on what blogs will be coming up in the next week. So tomorrow I am going to the beach and I will probably just put up a tag because its fast and I will be doing it right before I go to bed. Then I am going to a wedding so there will be no post on Saturday. Do you want what I am wearing to the wedding post tomorrow if I have time? I have't made up my mind yet...Then on Sunday I was thinking of doing a makeup tutorial of what I had on for the wedding (smokey eye). And I haven't planed past that, probably a bunch of back to school posts.
