Review: Healthy Sexy Hair - Leave in Conditioner

Hey Everyone!
So, a few weeks ago I hunted down this leave in conditioner by Healthy Sexy Hair (it is from the popular brand Sexy Hair).
The main reason I was drawn to this product is because it prevents static electricity. My hair in the winter drives me crazy! I think it is just the dry heat in my house or at school, but if I run my fingers through it or use a scarf my hair clings to my face. Not fun. Since I started using it a few weeks ago I have had no issue with static electricity. I am so happy, I hope this continues to work with my hair :) I have tried a few different products mostly shampoo and conditioners but they haven't worked, so I give this a thumbs up!
This product also gives a lot of moisture to your hair. It says it helps with detangling but I didn't find it helped with my tangles very much. I have a separate detangler but this product didn't help me there. It could vary on different hair types though!
When using this product it is best to have damp hair. I like to spray it 4-6 times into the palm of my hair and apply it from my ears down. I only apply from my ears down because I don't like to put product on my roots because my hair tends to get oily quick and I'd rather avoid it becoming oily faster than it already is. This goes for all of my hair products except shampoo. You can obviously spray it directly on your hair if you'd rather that :) Once it is on you hair you just want to brush it out.
It also doesn't smell like anything, I wished it did just because I like scented hair products, LOL :)
This retails for $17 in Canada and I think around $14 in US and you can get it at any salon store. Mine was from Beauty Express, I am not sure if it is a chain or a local store. Also, where I got mine they had these 'baby' ones (probably for traveling) for only $2 and you can always try it out and see if you like it and if you do buy the normal size later!
Overall I give this product and 8.5/10.

I will have my nails of the week up tomorrow, I just painted them last night!
And Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American followers :) Hope you have a great (and yummy) thanksgiving!!

Product Review: Sally Hansen Nail Strips! + Big Brother Finale

Hey everyone! Today I am going to do a product review of Sally Hansen nail polish strips. I have only tried them once (in skinny jeans) but I really love them! So when you first open the box you get instructions, a bunch of nail strips (and some extra just in case some fall off), a pink nail file, and a pointy stick with a cuticle pusher on the end. I would also suggest using nail clippers. So my first attempt was bad. I could not figure out how to get the extra nail strip off my nail. I spent 30min trying to put one on my thumb. So, I did figure out a trick! If you push up from the bottom of your nail (hard) the top should just rip off. After I figured that out I was going really fast. Then I looked at the first one I did and noticed it was upside down. What a fail right? I like the product overall because I don't have to apply nail polish or wait for it to dry. It also lasted longer than 10 days for me (I think it was closer to 15 or something). Nail polish stays on my nails for awhile so idk if that had something to do with it. I also love the different looks of them, like the lace, animal print and jeans. I want to get the animal print one next week :) And I got a lot of complements on them, I pretended that I painted them, haha (I don't think they believed me).
Have you tried these nail strips? What did you think of them?

So Big Brother season 13 came to an end last night. What a season! Loved it so much :) So many twists and turns. So the last time we had seen the house Rachel, Porsche, and Adam were spinning in a giant bowl of butter (yum). I think that would have been so fun! I could do it all day. So Adam was first to fall off and then Porsche started to feel sick. I was so scared she was going to throw up in the butter. You know how gross it would have been for them to be in throw-up butter, EW! So she jumped off and Rachel was the last one standing. Then Adam and Porsche competed in the 2nd HOH comp. I was thinking that Adam was going to win, until he threw his goggles out of the pool. But Porsche ended up winning. Then the final comp was a quiz. In the end Rachel had 2 right and Porsche had 0 (I was playing along and I had 4, just saying). Rachel then voted off Adam and I thought that was such a stupid move. No one would have voted for Adam to win because he floated all the way to the end. But I was sooo happy when Shelly voted for Rachel! She won big brother and did a funny happy dance, yayyy! I don't want to wait until next summer for a new show to start, but I am really excited to see what is going to happen in Big Brother 14!!
What did you think of the finale?

So I hope you guys have a great night and I will talk to you tomorrow!! :D

Product Review: Maybelline Expert Eyes

I was very disappointed in this product. It is Maybelline Expert Eyes Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover. I was looking for my normal makeup remover and I did not see it at the store, so I figured I would try something new. I came across this product and wasn't expecting a lot from it but I was hoping it would take off my makeup until I could get my normal makeup remover. I figured I should do I product review blog post on this just in case anyone was thinking about trying this product out. What I didn't like about it was that it was oil. I am not a fan of oil makeup removers and its not because I have oily skin (I actually have dry skin). It is because I hate the texture and the feeling of it. I have to give it the fact the it does take the makeup off but it is a lot of work! So you take it off and then it leaves behind all this oil. So then I end up washing my eyes a billion times and you can still see oil on the waterlines. It is the most annoying thing, and a big pain when trying to be fast. Like for example I used my other makeup remover to fix up my eyeliner if i messed it up, but  this I can't because I would have to wash the oil off. Some people might like this product but I am not a fan. So tell me if you have tried this makeup remover and what you think of it! Talk to you guys later :)

And I just want to give you an update on what blogs will be coming up in the next week. So tomorrow I am going to the beach and I will probably just put up a tag because its fast and I will be doing it right before I go to bed. Then I am going to a wedding so there will be no post on Saturday. Do you want what I am wearing to the wedding post tomorrow if I have time? I have't made up my mind yet...Then on Sunday I was thinking of doing a makeup tutorial of what I had on for the wedding (smokey eye). And I haven't planed past that, probably a bunch of back to school posts. So that's about all, and if you have any requests of blog posts put them in the comments and I will try to get them up for you! :)
